3D Visionary Events

At 3D Visionary Events, each celebration requires dedicated planning time, design preparation, and vendor coordination. To ensure clarity for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all booked services.

Retainer / Booking Fee

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and initiate planning services. This retainer secures your date on our calendar and covers consultation time, planning preparation, and administrative services.

Client Cancellation

If the client cancels services at any time, written notice must be submitted. All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable due to planning time, resources invested, and commitments made on behalf of the event.

Cancellations Within 90 Days of Event

Cancellations occurring within ninety (90) days of the scheduled event date may require payment for services already completed, vendor commitments secured, and any outstanding contracted balances.

Event Postponements

If an event is postponed, 3D Visionary Events will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date based on availability. Additional planning or coordination fees may apply depending on the scope of changes.

Vendor Payments

Payments made to third-party vendors are subject to each vendor’s individual cancellation and refund policies. 3D Visionary Events is not responsible for vendor refund decisions but will assist in communication as needed.
